What was the situation ?

In 2017, Wondercar redefined their positioning leading to renewed growth. From 2018, the objective was to create brand awareness around this renewed positioning, and roll out the brand across Belgium, as well as to generate digital traffic and customers for the different outlets.

We found solutions together

The Crew acts as an extension to Wondercar’s marketing department. As such, we support the marketing manager by:

  • Creatively translating the brand concept into various communication tools.
  • Conducting digital and social media campaigns to create awareness about the brand, as well as generate leads for the different outlets.
  • Creatively support and develop the Wondercar partnerships and publicity campaigns.
  • Manage the community and organic posts on respective Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn pages.

Results

 

  • A new communication style was created for the social media channels that scored above expectations. This resulted in stronger brand awareness around branches & traffic to the website and application;

 

  • Through sponsorship at events & publicity, Wondercar increased its brand awareness within specific segments.
