The main challenge of Assuralia was: how to promote the profession of medical advisor toward the young candidates? How to counter prejudices about this profession which nevertheless offers many advantages ?

Plotting an enhanced user experience
Results
The website aims to inspire the young candidates thanks to the integration of contextual video, featuring medical advisors telling about their own professional experience. Leaflets have been developed to inform about the website and the traineeship possibilities.
